Exact percentage depends on sector, seniority and whether the engagement is contingent or retained. You only pay on a successful placement - no upfront costs, no exclusivity required to begin work, full terms shared in writing before any candidate is presented.
Yes. Every permanent placement comes with a sliding-scale rebate or replacement guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is dismissed within the agreed rebate window, we will run a fresh search and replace at no additional fee where the original brief is unchanged. Specific terms are documented in writing at contract stage so there are no surprises later.

No - we are a permanent-hire-only agency. We do not run temp desks, contract books or interim placements. That focus is deliberate: it means every consultant, every candidate conversation and every client engagement is built around long-term fit and retention rather than short-term cover. If you need temporary or contract cover, we can recommend trusted partner agencies, but we will not take the brief ourselves.
Both. We support single permanent vacancies as well as multi-hire campaigns where you need to bring on a team. For volume hires we typically run a project-managed approach with a dedicated lead consultant, parallel sourcing tracks and a written delivery plan with weekly cadence updates. Examples we regularly handle include warehouse start-up team builds, sales team expansions and full kitchen brigade hires.
